Working with couples on their wedding stationery is, without fail, the best part of my job.
You’ll see why below!
Jacqueline & Joshua
“It felt as if she was truly listening and gathering all my thoughts to paper. I instinctively trusted her to run with my ideas and never had any regrets throughout the creative and technical processes.
Nika is truly talented and devoted to her craft. I would highly recommend her to create your invitations!”
Jacqueline and I instantly connected over coffee in Del Ray. We quickly got into a lengthy conversation about handmade paper, which she had her heart set on. Her wedding was going to be intimate and filled with greenery. So, we wanted to keep her invitation suite light and airy, but filled with personal touches. An illustration of each place in Airlie where the wedding party would be felt like the perfect way to make that happen. We became friends during the process, and I enjoyed every minute of the work we did together.

Brittany & Audi
“If you are looking for a calligrapher with the talent to turn your vision into reality, who can adjust on-the-spot when last minute issues arise, and can deliver products that are far beyond your imagination, then you have found her...
Trust me, if you want the best, call Nika.”
Brittany, Audi, and I immediately connected when we started chatting about what they needed for their wedding. Once they said “French garden themed wedding,” I was hooked! They were even going to use Brittany’s grandfather’s mirror as an escort card display! We had a lot fun daydreaming how to make the tiniest details pop (from slate boards at the sweetheart table to handmade paper from Thailand as their table numbers). They were so warm and easy to work with, and their wedding ended up being incredibly beautiful.

Claire & Brendan
“We loved working with Nika and would recommend her to all brides and grooms! She did an amazing job on our invitations and signage and was able to come up with several options that were in our budget.”
I met Claire & Brendan by chance, at a beer garden, the November before their wedding. A week later, we found ourselves at Paul, sipping coffee and going through paper samples for their invitation suite. They wanted something classic, all in calligraphy, on a deliciously creamy paper. We also used the same paper and calligraphy style for their escort cards and menus, to keep a cohesive feel throughout their wedding!

“I know a ton of effort went into creating the garage door but my goodness it was absolutely incredible!!
I’m so glad it all worked out with the door and of course the signs too- everything was perfect!”
Becca had this amazing idea for her wedding at Union Market. Why not turn the 20’ bay doors into a giant escort card display? She didn’t have to say much more to have me convinced! Creative signage is one of my favorite things to do, and hers will go down in history books as the most epic project I’ve taken on.
